Jenna has been a lifesaver

Jenna has been a literal lifesaver in the last two and a half years that I've worked with her. She has a unique mind AND body approach to her coaching, which is truly holistic. My body has gone through a lot in the last three years, from trying to conceive, to being active while pregnant and coming back to regular exercise after managing through some postpartum challenges in my mind and body. Most recently, Jenna and I worked to build an at-home program for me that took into consideration my goals of strengthening core muscles, finding stress relief and working with what I've got equipment wise (Covid = weights and bands sold out nearly everywhere), which has been so important to my overall wellbeing. Jenna makes getting in shape so DO-able; physically, emotionally, and mentally...She knows how to challenge and encourage at the same time, and she mixes things up to keep the workouts fun and interesting. FIT MIND affirmations have been a game changer

Jenna’s workouts and FIT MIND affirmations have been a game changer for me in terms of my mental and physical fitness. She truly takes a whole body approach and focuses on more than just your physical body. Her approach of using exercise to honor your body has been so freeing and has helped me to enjoy working out again because I’m proud of what my body can do.
